The volume aims to offer a comprehensive overview how labour law can find a new regulatory paradigm through the conception of labour rights as human rights. In particular, the overview focuses on the effects of the use of artificial intelligence and algorithms in the workplace, the integration of workers with disabilities, and the relationship between business and social rights from the perspective of economic actors' responsibility. The chapters that make up the volume are the result of scientific research by young academics from different countries.
