There was a gap between developed and developing and underdeveloped countries when the United Nations launched the New International Economic Order in 1974, and there is a gap today that remains more consolidated than ever. The proclaimed New International Economic Order-NIEO of the United Nations, unfortunately, did not work, to highlight a simple observation, that the range of poverty, inequalities, injustices has increasingly widened since we began to talk and plan the NIEO; hence the need to intervene with a new project of world ethiconomic order: the New International Ethiconomic Order-NIEtO. Whether we like it or not, the rethinking and reformulation of a project of world order are more necessary than ever; we cannot miss this opportunity; Antonio Foglio with this book intends to participate in the revision and reformulation of the international economic order in international ethiconomic order with a process that aims to achieve it.
